The item you wish to return must be eligible for return. If pickup is not an option, a self-return option will be provided. Once received, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. If payment was made through COD, you will be asked to provide your bank account details for a secure refund process. Returns cannot be requested for items that have already been dispatched by the seller and have not yet reached the delivery address.
Items can only be returned if they are damaged. Once the packaging is opened, returns are no longer possible. Returns can be requested within 7 days of the item reaching the delivery address.
